1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Serenity Management Partners LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Serenity Living Mastermind ("SLM," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit serenitylivingcoaching.com and its subdomains (including members.serenitylivingcoaching.com), submit an application, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, or enroll in one of our programs (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Application and contact details — name, email address, phone number, professional background, capital range, referral source, and anything you write in free-text fields when you submit an application or contact form.
• Enrollment and account information — the information needed to set up your member account on our course platform, deliver the program, and schedule sessions, including your calendar bookings.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of a card, and billing details. We do not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our systems.
• Communications — the content of emails, text messages, form submissions, and messages sent through our member community, plus recordings and transcripts of calls and sessions as described in Section 6.
• Deal and business information — information you share with us about properties, financials, or business plans in the course of coaching, deal reviews, or advisory work.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, and interaction with our pages and emails.
• Cookies and pixels — see Section 5.

3. How We Use Information

• To review applications, schedule and conduct enrollment calls, and communicate with you about the program.
• To deliver the program you enrolled in: course access, live sessions, one-on-one sessions, deal reviews, and advisory services.
• To process payments, send receipts, and manage installment plans.
• To send program updates, scheduling reminders, and, if you opt in, marketing communications by email, phone, and text message.
• To measure and improve our website, content, and advertising, including through the tools described in Section 5.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of SLM, our members, and others.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you check the consent box on our application form, reply to a text from us, or otherwise give us express written consent, you agree to receive text messages from Serenity Living Mastermind regarding your application, enrollment, scheduling, program delivery, and, where you have opted in, promotional offers.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technology

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising. This includes:

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API — used to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may combine this data with information it holds about you. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings and learn more at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
• Analytics and CRM tools — used to understand site traffic, attribute leads, and manage our communications with you.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Call and Session Recording

Enrollment calls, group sessions, one-on-one sessions, and asset management calls may be recorded and transcribed so that we can deliver recordings to members, maintain quality, and keep accurate records. Florida is a two-party consent state. We will disclose recording at the start of any recorded call. By remaining on a call after that disclosure, you consent to the recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell us at the beginning of the call.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers that help us run the Services, including website hosting and form processing (Netlify), course delivery (Kajabi), payments (Stripe), email and calendaring (Google Workspace), customer relationship management and messaging (GoHighLevel and its telecom partners), video conferencing and recording (Zoom, Loom), e-signature, and advertising measurement (Meta). Each provider is permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
• Our team and affiliates — the SLM founders, program staff, and independent sales or enrollment representatives working on our behalf, who are bound to keep your information confidential.
• Professional advisors — attorneys, accountants, and similar advisors under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Serenity Living Mastermind and Ascend Equity Fund LLC are separately managed. We do not share your SLM application or program information with Ascend Equity Fund unless you ask us to make an introduction.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• Email marketing — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You will still receive transactional messages about a program you are enrolled in.
• Text messages — reply STOP to any message.
• Phone calls — ask us to stop calling and we will note your preference.
• Access, correction, and deletion — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal and contractual retention obligations. Email hello@serenitylivingcoaching.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within 45 days.
• State privacy rights — depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location where practical.

9. Data Retention

We keep application information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us unless you enroll. We keep member and enrollment records for the life of your membership plus seven years to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Recordings of program sessions are retained as part of the program library. You may ask us to delete information sooner, subject to Section 8.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established providers such as Stripe, Google, and Kajabi for payment and account security. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

11. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site and program materials may link to third-party websites, tools, and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
