1. Read This Before You Apply

Serenity Management Partners LLC, doing business as Serenity Living Mastermind ("SLM"), teaches people how to acquire, license, and operate assisted living facilities. We own and operate licensed facilities ourselves, and we share what we do and what we have learned. We want to be direct with you about what that does and does not mean.

2. Results Are Not Typical and Are Not Guaranteed

Acquiring and operating an assisted living facility is a capital-intensive, regulated business. Outcomes depend on factors we do not control, including your available capital and credit, your local market, the properties available to you, state licensing and survey outcomes, Medicaid and private-pay reimbursement rates, staffing conditions, your own effort and decisions, and general economic conditions. Many people who study a business never start one. Some who start one lose money. We do not track and cannot promise "typical" results, and you should assume that your results will differ from any example you see.

3. Our Own Facilities Are Not a Forecast

References to our Florida facilities, their occupancy, reviews, or operations describe our own businesses at a point in time. They reflect our specific properties, purchase terms, financing, team, and market. They are not a forecast or benchmark for a facility you might acquire, and past performance of our facilities does not indicate future performance of ours or anyone else's.

4. Testimonials and Member Stories

Any testimonial, member story, or case study we share is the experience of that individual and is not a claim that you will have the same experience. Where a member's result is shared, it has been provided by that member and, unless stated otherwise, has not been independently verified. Members are not compensated for testimonials. Some members may also participate in our affiliate or referral program; where that is the case and it is relevant, we will say so.

5. Not Financial, Legal, Tax, Investment, or Regulatory Advice

SLM founders and staff are experienced operators, not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, lender, or licensing consultant. Nothing in our website, programs, calculators, templates, calls, or communications is legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, or regulatory advice, and nothing creates an attorney-client, fiduciary, or similar relationship. Our tools and templates are starting points that must be reviewed and adapted by your own licensed professionals for your state, your deal, and your circumstances. Do not rely on any SLM material as a substitute for that advice.
